The Guana

A sailing trip around the British Virgin islands led us to this little known, sparsely visited piece of heaven.  It is the only British Virgin Island that is privately owned and is only accessible by boat.  The colors of this gi were inspired by a row of kayaks that were laying on a white sand in front of one of the only structures on the island.  Although small, this island manages to pack a punch with rich tropical vegetation and steep terrain that seems to leap outof the caribbean waters.  The detail on the arm  is also a nod to the colorful kayaks, but is also the shape of Guana island.  

Hands down one of our best sellers of all time, this gi is built for warm weather training and ones who like a thinner comfortable material.  The gold weave provides a soft and durable fit and has remained one of our favorites in our own training rotation.
